Day 1: Kuching

Start your cycle from one shop in main bazaar. Ride pass the main bazaar, Post office, St Thomas Church, Merdeka Palace Hotel to Sarawak Museum (no entering into museum). Later ride down the hill of museum passing through the RTM studio, Central Padang, Government Clinic, Police State, new Merdeka Palace shopping mall to India Street. You will have a chance for a 15minute walk around the India street mall as you can see all kinds of local product from clothing to ware house product. Then, get onto your bicycle ride pass the open air stall, Silk Temple and brief stop at the oldest Muslim mosque in the city to take some photos. Ride passes through the Brooke Dock Yard to reach the waterfront where the local boat is waiting. Embark on this local boat where it takes you and your bicycle to cross river to the other side of Kampung (mean village). Here you cycle again passing the Malay houses and stop at the local stall for a taste of local foods. Finally, your cycling tour will stop at the Fort Margherita for photo taking. Then ride back to the boat waiting to take you back on the same route to other side of the waterfront.
