Padas River - site of white water rafting

The Padas River is also the site of some of the best whitewater rafting to be found in Borneo. A rafting trip along the river will allow you approximately 2 hours of exhilarating adventure, shooting rapids with names such as Headhunter, Padas Cyclone, Cobra Rock, Roller Coaster, Lambada, Cobra, Scooby Doo, Washing Machine, Merry Go Round, Snake House, BBQ and Jacuzzi Pool. The rapids are classified to Grade 4.
The tour departs KK early in the morning and takes you by road to the coastal town of Beaufort, which lies approximately 1 1/2 hours South of Kota Kinabalu.

Due to a currently inconsistent train schedule, the itinerary is subject to change without notice. Actual rafting itinerary will be briefed by your guide on site.

From Beaufort, you will board the train to Tenom for the 1.5 hour train trip to your destination – the small town of Pangi to the West of Tenom, which lies on the Padas River.
